Sari Sa'tin Store was birthed to promote Philippine made products. It started when I became a dealer of Z.E.N. All Natural Products. These products have a wide range of items that are organic and naturally made here in the Philippines. It is a product of a cottage industry, wherein less-fortunate mothers are given new opportunities by offering them jobs in the manufacturing process.With the help of these women and their kindhearted benefactors, they were able to come up with a product of high standard and quality that can compete with foreign brands.
As I started to promote the use of all natural products made from our own country, I began to try and see if there are other Philippine made products that I can explore.
I then began to appreciate the stylish sling batik bags from Davao, paper bead necklaces from Los Banos, Laguna, and fashionable hats made from Pakil, Laguna. As I discover more and more treasures from different provinces all over the Philippines, I know that through this business, I can help promote and build a network of appreciation for things that we as Filipinos, have made.
